I had always battled with my weight since my teenage years, so I started going to weight loss doctor at 18 years old became addicted to phentramin for many years- about 14 years to be exact. When I finally made the decision that I wanted to live my life without diet pills, I blew up like a balloon. I tried lifestyle changes, eating right & healthy exercised daily for 2 years, but I continued gaining weight. Finally, when I hit 200 lbs only being 5’2, I knew this was a health concern.
