I started off at 295 pounds after 8 years of struggling to loose weight being a shift worker in the oilsands of Canada Alberta it was hard to have a normal routine while flipping sleep around so much. I contacted occ and it has made me a new person looks and personalitly, I actually play with my kids I’m more involved as a husband/father. I’m down to 167/15.9% body fat and a BMI of 23. This was a life changer in different ways as depression kicked in for me after surgery and I was lost because food was my comfort and my comfort is gone but I managed through it and now enjoy going downhill XC biking which I always loved but could never do, going on a bike at 300lbs wasn’t ideal.
