I had a problem … I felt I was slowly dying. I never felt good. Just moving around was work. I have a stressful job and at the end of my day food was my stress reliever…but I knew at my age if I didn’t do something drastic I would not see 70. So based on what I saw from my family members who had the procedure…and it has made every part of my life better. I no longer have to skip parties because I feel ashamed of how I look. I don’t have to go to client lunches early to get a table because I don’t fit in a booth…I can wear nice clothes again…I am not jacked up on sugar anymore…but most of all the sense of shame and failure is gone.
